UK Trip September and December 2023!
Molly coordinated two trips for us to the UK in 2023. We found Molly to be: always pleasant and responsive when contacting her by phone/e-mail, willing to make recommendations to enhance our trip, persistent, patient, and efficient in fulfilling our requests. Additionally, Molly sent our trip details and made sure we were secure with our travel plans before we left. She also followed-up with us when we arrived home to make sure our trip was a good one. Molly sincerely wants the best for her clients; she is willing to put in the extra effort when planning her clients' travel itineraries. We would not hesitate to work with her again in the future and would highly recommend her services to others.

Our Picture-Perfect 20th Anniversary Maui Vacation
We’ve been searching for a travel agent to assist us with the many future trips we plan to start taking, after the loss of our beloved dog. I discovered Mad Travel of Naples after seeing in a local magazine how they are consistently rated #1. I initially started working with Lee on our 20th anniversary trip to Maui and I knew we were in the right hands almost immediately. With regards to some of the fine-tuning-details, Molly also assisted in our vacation preparation and I’m here to say that she has also been a delight to work with. The arrangements she made, from excursions, to other reservations, to just the fact that she provided me with the most organized and easy-to-read Itinerary of our entire trip…well she has also been such a blessing! The professionalism, organization and friendliness of Molly and Lee is phenomenal and such a rare find these days. Look no further!

OMG we couldn’t have asked for any better service than what we got from Molly! She took a nearly impossible challenge - planning a trip for 47 people, 14 being high school seniors, all coming in on different flights and at different times - and providing us with exactly what we asked for, and we asked for a lot! It was a senior trip of a lifetime and those kiddos, along with their parents, made memories together that will never be forgotten. She found us a safe, all inclusive resort, on the smallish side, that was super manageable and amenable to large groups. We learned our way around rather quickly and were able to enjoy our time together without managing logistics.

Amazing experience! Never used a travel agent before. She helped me plan and book my honeymoon in 2 days…and we went on the trip that same week! Absolutely incredible agent.

A Fabulous Trip to London with Zero Hiccups!
Molly helped our family plan a week in London during the Christmas Holiday. She assisted with all aspects of our trip planning--flights, accomodations, tours, transportation to and from the airport, made all of our dinner reservations, and communicated all the nuances. She created an itinerary with confirmation codes and kept my nerves to a minimum. When I sent an email with any concerns, I would literally hear back from her within 5 minutes. We had great tour guides and the restaurant recommendations were spot on. Cheers to Molly!
